Nanaye

I came across Nanaye while randomly browsing myspace artists. I know, right? I actually dig this in some weird way. The vocals are soft and they compliment the music very well – however, I wish I could hear higher quality versions of the music instead of the terribly compressed myspace versions.

Unfortunately for me, I don’t speak Japanese, so I have no idea what she is saying – either way, the music is pretty nice. It’s chill, calm, melodic and not over produced.

I came across this music networking site about a week ago. I haven’t had much time to really go through it and see what’s going on, but it seems like a decent place to promote ones music & connect with fans.

As an artist myself, I’m always looking for more outlets to post up music and draw in fans. So, if you’re a musician/band/singer/what-have-you check this site out and see what you think.
